After The Bug Man and Queen Bee came out for my scheduled appointment, I found another Bee problem and they came out the next day to spray again, because they knew that I am Allergic to Bee's and cared about my safety.

When I left for vacation, a swarm of paper wasps were checking out my roof outside a window. When I returned, I called Bugman to remove a medium sized paper "condo". The next morning, they came to quickly and efficiently remove the wasps and their hive. Thanks!

We had used The Bug Man and Queen Bee in the past for an ant problem we had. Not only did they fix the problem but they helped us find the source. We had a tree in the middle of our yard that carpenter ants had hollowed out. Fast forward 5 years, we had another ant problem. Only this time they were pavement ants. We found a bald faced hornet and knew it needed to go ASAP. We called several places, some did not answer and some were booking out quite a bit. The results are amazing! I have a section of property that wasn't treated towards the wooded area of the property and the mosquitoes are obnoxious. The areas treated including the patio and all the back yard are mosquito free. This is especially amazing as the property is in a low lying area where there has been standing water in the woods for well over 2 months. Great job!

They took over BnQ a few yrs ago from an established business I used. They have kept the hi_quality workmanship I expect from my vendors.. Good people in the office and at your home. We have used Bug Man and Queen Bee twice now for annual treatments and are very happy with the results. I like that they offer an annual option with free call back if any issues arise after a certain period of time (vs paying multiple times a year for treatments). We were seeing lots of ants in our kitchen and family room I called the bug man and queen bee right away in the morning they came out that afternoon. Matt verified the ants were carpenter ants and proceeded to apply the treatment to get rid of them. Matt was very knowledgeable of the process and kind. I would recommend The Big Man and Queen Bee prompt and great service!

Matt was professional and thorough in figuring out where the mice were entering and placing the bait and snap traps. I feel much more relaxed knowing we likely caught the mice early and look forward to the only animal in my house being my big dog (who is apparently afraid of mice).

Matt, our technician, was knowledgeable and very concerned for our daughter's safety (wasps were coming in through the attic into her bedroom closet.) Unlike another bee service I called, which told me they could not take care of carpenter bees on the second story of my house (???), Bug Man and Queen Bee had no problem with this. I would highly recommend The Bug Man and Queen Bee. We have had Wolf Spiders around the house now for the last few Summers and I called and had our home treated about a month ago. For the most part we weren't seeing anything except for a few Wolf spiders , but I did email The Bug Man and Queen Bee to let them know that we seeing a few of them still. I got an immediate response that they would be able to come out the next day and do a retreating of our home using a different product. Matt was scheduled to treat our home again and texted me to let me know that he was on his way and on time. He arrived and did a thorough job of applying the new product in our home and especially on the outside the house to create that barrier. You can't beat the customer service and pricing. I would give them 5 Stars.
