Prompt, courteous, professional, and they get the job done. We found new nests after we scheduled, and they took care of them. We live near woods, and this hot weather has created more visibility. DO NOT try to eradicate hornets and wasps yourself. They are fair in price and worth it.

After noticing frass in our sunroom, we called The Bug Man and Queen Bee. Adam came out within 2 days. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and sincerely concerned about eliminating the problem. He is fair priced. It is now 2 weeks later and there is not a sign of the ants. Highly recommend him.

This is my second year using Bug Man Queen Bee and I have been very satisfied with the service and price I am getting. They seem to do a very good job. I was using a competitor of theirs for many years at a higher cost and they did not do as good of a job.

We've been using The Bug Man and Queen Bee for about 3 years and their service has stayed consistent, great! We had a bad ant problem and ever since we started using their services the ants have subsided and if they are being stubborn and keep popping The bug Man and Queen Bee will send someone out to re-apply.

My technician did a great job but of course I’m waiting to see if my bugs are permanently gone from the ceiling of my outdoor porch. Bugman has a 6 month guarantee so I am hopeful. Already, I am seeing many dead ants.
